Couldn't agree more
When I asked why it took seven days to fill a prescription they said "we are running behind". I am sure glad that didn't need heart meds.
Calling the service horrible is being way too generous. The pharmacy is always understaffed and they don’t answer the phone. And for the first time ever in my life, there was a typo on a prescription of mine.
