Was told to come down to make an appointment for my son with his ear hurting for today and it was gonna be a 3hr wait i said okay ill be on my way down and then to be told to go home and make an appt tomorrow like so unprofessional of them. I know yall don't have to deal with it but treat us like we're human please.

The staff and medical professionals were all so nice. I made an appointment and was amazed at how short of a time I sat in the waiting room. They were thorough and prompt. I was extremely impressed.

I must talk to Urgent care rep but U never answer U phone & I was told to call Y back 3 DAYS Ago!!!!!! Why no one picking up?
