It's crazy that you make an appt they ask you to check in early and yet you still wait over an hour past your appt. As if we don't have other things to do and kids to pick up from school. Don't get me wrong my provider Kim is amazing but the staff checking in and calling patients back need a refreshment training. I watched people come in later than me with a later appt for the same provider get called back before me. Not until I complained I was there over an hr with an appt and had kids to pick up did I get called back.

The customer service from the front and back office staff has declined significantly. I waited 10 min to check in. Then another 15 min to get called back into a room. There I waiting for over 45 minutes and was still not seen. I had nausea and terrible neck pain. I was crying the entire time in the room waiting for a provider to see me and no one came. I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. As I walked up front, the receptionist asked me if I even checked in!! Unreal! There was no apology, lack of concern, and they tried blaming it on the back office staff. The quality of care and standards has declined. Which is unfortunate because Shawn Cardoza is a great provider. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
