The receptionists in the front need to stop sitting around and stop taking down names on the clipboard because names don’t get checked in the system! It has happened to me over 4x and had me wait over an hour after my scheduled appt! It’s not hard to check people in! Also they are canceling appts w/o pt knowledge I’ve had this happen multiple times with no explanation! At 37 wks ob needing to be seen weekly should not be happening! Also Katee Finks is beyond the best midwife if you go to Fhcn for OB go to her!

Staff was kind and friendly but used to be a pill Mill and they've overcompensated now they won't help you with anything unless you're a woman or a child or just need some basic lab work your best off saving your money and going somewhere else where they can actually help you

The gynecologist I had seen to help me with past surgery complications changed my life. The nurses are also so sweet and compassionate. I would definitely refer Visalia family healthcare to anyone. Especially if they are female needs. It's just difficult to get to the office because it's a distance from my home.
