I had no communication from front desk about the dentist being behind. Front desk also took personal call during work and was quite rude when I had told her I would be going somewhere else stating “you’ll be doing us a favor.” There were several people who witnessed this. I was going to go elsewhere because of the over an hour wait and having to now leave appointment for my job and did not have enough time. I understand having to check 2 insurances but she could have started with the one she was familiar with and got that out of the way first. and could have communicated that the dentist was behind due to one dentist leaving, which the back office girl had communicated. Unprofessional all together and extremely rude. I will be leaving reviews of this in several places. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen to other patients.

I haven't been here in 2 yrs just had my teeth cleaned they are very good at cleaning my teeth the lady was very gental with me and nice im happy that i came back i will be back on the 25th for fillings . 😊

The staff is nice but the actual Dentist and Hygienist (who are husband and wife), are so incredibly rude. It was my sons first experience ever at the dentist and I feel so bad for taking him there. They were mean and so unprofessional.
