Actually I was just there and yes there were employees working. My father picked up glasses he ordered week before last. They were 3 days early given they weren't expected to be ready for pick up until after the first of Sept.

Well actually what the ad says you buy one and get one free.... Yes the exam is $35 but you also have to buy one pair in order to get the second pair free however keep this in mind I just purchased a pair of glasses but I need special lenses such as no line bifocals and I need the coating on the glasses for glare originally the bill was going to be $480 I question that and I said no give me one pairmiraculously they came up with a different price of 250 they were going to charge me the coding for both classes I questioned it and said I thought the second pair was free that's why they came up with the new price I'm really needed new glasses so I paid it anyway it would have cost me that much for a one pair of glasses anywhere else but I got to all in all I'm happy with the glasses they are much better than my old ones I haven't had an eye exam in probably 10 years

Speak to the manager and demand your money back. That's what my mom had to do. I have never had an issue but she has the 2 times she's been there. I guess it luck of the draw.
