I wanted to take time to say how great this apartment building is !!! The one time I had a minor issue it was quickly resolved and it literally took a phone call. Not sure on these other reviews because my experience so far has been absolutely amazing and never have had any problems! Will be signing my lease for another year.

WORST PLACE EVER STEPHAINE TRYED TO TELL ME I HAVE A 30 DAY NOTICE OVER THE PHONE I RECORDED THE WHOLE CONVERSATION THE POILCE CAME OUT CAUSE SHE HARASSED ME SO BAD & WROTE ME A REPORT OF HER TRYING TO PUT ME OUT WITHOUT A JUDGEMENT LETTER. Next thing you know her BOSS JEN COME CALLING ME RECORDED HER TO BOO SEE YALL IN COURT ! It’s MOLD EVERYWHERE BUILDING STANK DONT EVER RENT HERE! & IF YOU DO KEEP EVERYTHING AND RECORD

Just like a lot of people say …. Management SO RUDE …. Stephanie Diaz. She’s extremely rude. I have no idea why she feels the need to be that rude. Also they have pests (carpet beetles)…. I watched people move out and they had people move in within 36 hours …. That’s so filthy .!!!!! And Maintence , don’t even think they’re fixing things …. The outside main doors are always broken so they aren’t locked and you can just walk right into the building. Which doesn’t make you feel safe when your apartment door isn’t very strong … I would never ever live here again

Do not recommend!! Do not move here!!! I moved in April/2021 they have a terrible mold issue the buildings are not secured maintenance never comes out And the front office staff is very rude! Looking to move as soon as my lease is up.
