The rent is 30 percent of the gross monthly income. Water and gas are included in the rent. The age criteria is 62 years of age and older. If interested, please give us a call at our waitlist office at 1-800-593-3052. We can answer your questions and start you on your way to getting an apartment.

Pontiac Village Estates Co-op is affordable housing for seniors. We are project based, so we will certify the applicant. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers. The rent will be 30 percent of the gross monthly income. Water and gas are included in the rent. They pay for electricity.
