I have lived here for a year and a half and maintenance has not taken care of our issues. The bathroom fan has not worked since moving in, and after three complaints to the office nothing changed and it wasn't worth my time anymore calling. They came out while I was gone and left a note that nothing is wrong. They don't tell you that they are coming to do maintenance, which is against the lease as they are required to give 24 hours notice unless of an emergency. They don't salt the sidewalks unless you live in the front of the neighborhood, and I fell last winter slipping on the ice. The vines outside my door are so overgrown I have to duck to get inside without them hitting me, as maintenance does not take care of the units in the back. The parking is terrible, and I rarely can find a spot within 25 feet of my apartment. The roads are worse, with pot holes stretching across the already too small lanes. The only good thing about this place is the apartment layout. When I call, I never get a real response to my issue but they say they will "take care of it" or send maintenance. Which nothing ever changes. Some of my neighbors are wonderful sweet people, and others are rude who leave things everywhere outside and are loud. Management doesn't care about complaints.

property manager is disrespectful and rude. he will raise your rent just because he doesn't like you. neighbors are loud and disrespectful and management does not care. the only upside is the maintenance men are helpful, since things break down so frequently.

management is not friendly, apartments are dirty and outdated, walls are paper thin and do not hold heat. would not live here. not nice

I really love this apartment and we have been living here for about a month now. Maintenance always comes through with their request. Management is so nice. The only thing is that there is a fly infestation and we keep our apartment squeaky clean so idk what is causing it. Will update soon.
