Kim was absolutely fantastic. So glad that she was the one to help my wife and I out in buying our matching couch. Definitely recommend that when anyone goes in to ask for Kim. Only regret is that there wasn’t a coffee table there that we liked or else we would’ve snagged that too. I will say that Value City as a company should definitely upgrade their point of sale system to better serve both their consumers and employees to make the experience even more fluid but other than that it’s great.
