I put a review on Google site about very poor quality furniture and warranty , the owner responded for me to email them my invoice number as of they were willing to help , and the email address given is invalid ! How do I :-/ ahold of an owner ?

Did you call the store and explain this asking them to forward this information to him/her? That's what I would try.
