My family has used this SERVPRO franchise many times before because of their exceptional level of customer service. We recently called SERVPRO for water damage at our home. SERVPRO arrived promptly and their technicians were extremely knowledgeable. Their technician thoroughly inspected for water damage in the affected bathroom as well as other areas near by. We were surprised that the water had traveled as far as it did. We also selected SERVPRO’s inhouse construction team to help repair the damage. We were very pleased with the service and end results. Definitely will continue to recommend this SERVPRO franchise to our friends and family.

I have no complaint about the work or anything. It was done in a timely manner as well. The only thing that really bummed me out was they took advantage of my insurance claim. They ran up the bill with more equipment and work then needed Bc insurance will pay for anything really when it comes to mitigation. They didn’t provide any written quote before the job and then charged almost $5500 for Mitigation of Maybe 500-600 sq ft of my basement. Unfortunately because they charged so much, I will not have enough funds from the Insurance to fix everything and will have to go out of pocket on this one. I did reach out to discuss the price and serv pro shut me down very quickly and said they were unable to move the price. I would highly recommend using a company that is more honest with their pricing and doesn’t take advantage of an insurance claim. I did sit on this for a couple weeks, but the lack of honesty just kept on eating at me. So I had to post a review.

Servpro performed a fabulous job cleaning up the water damage to my home as a result of an Ice Dam. They responded quickly and did a great job staying in touch and cleaning up in a very professional manor.

Appointment time for estimate was quick , that’s it! When he arrived all he talked about was that he was just at a mansion and that job was going to expensive and that my job wasn’t big at all. He also took a phone call while in conversation with me and talked to that person for a quite a few minutes about THEIR job and left me standing there waiting. When he hung up stated that was a LARGE job they wanted to do. Then told me he’d get back to me with an estimate. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing. Obviously my job wasn’t a big enough and profitable enough to give an estimate. Needless to say I wouldn’t go with them anyway, I knew that when the appointment was so rude. If you don’t have a “ mansion” and they can’t see $$$ signs for them , stay clear. It’s not important to them.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
