I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it. This place is the best place to live at. The scenery overlooking the lake with the wildlife of birds (swans, cranes etc) is peaceful, soothing and quiet. I've owned a home for 20+ years and loved it however it did have all the grief of weekly maintenance and then some. No mowing lawns or shoveling snow is a plus. I have not had many problems with my apt but when I have, the site manager (Karen) and site maintenance (Brian) were very prompt on addressing any issue. Their attention to maintain the property and the look of the landscape awesome (pool is always clean). Rooms are large and can fit king size beds with in apt washer/dryer that I can appreciate. Very convenient. Happy to live here and plan to for many years.

I applied for this place at the end of July. Almost 2 weeks went by and I called her. Karen said she only do applications on thursdays and fridays and she will contact me. Almost one month later, I have not heard anything back . They are a complete waste.

First I would like to say I lived there for about 5 to 6 years all of which were mostly ok and I enjoyed the view and the pool. I lived down near the gulf coast so I thought this apartment would be a suitable fit when I moved back with the lake to fish. Security Deposit was 919 (appt) +150 (pets) nonrefundable, Rent was $919 for 1yr lease plus $25 for cats which was understandable. First 3 years I had perfect neighbors, quiet, always working like myself so it was a dream come true. Last 2 years were crazy to say the least, I think they rented some appt to low income just for extra tenants, paying 1/4 the actual cost mind you. My neighbor on the side played music so loud my picture fell off the wall, 2am on a weekday. On top they constantly were hammering something obnoxiously loud random times, and or dropping bowling balls on the floor. It literally made me work 24/7 to buy a house. I'll never get another appt again. Its a hit or miss with this place but for the price I'd expect more.

This is a beautiful, natural and quie lake, no motor boats allowed. It's not for swimming as far as I was told by the local residents. There are many birds, cranes, geese, swans living there. During my short visit there, I enjoyed watching the nature and found it very entertaining.
