Right now I’m giving it a 1 unfortunately one ugly person can affect the rating for all the great ones . Nurse Kristi M. was asked for a patient policy copy and I was present when the patient asked, so she came to confront me of course her being super tall and big as she towered over me and points her finger in my face stating that I had asked for the policy, well even if I did asked, what is she doing so wrong or what is she hiding to become aggressive, and get in my face knowing I just had a total knee replacement surgery!! Too many sick people working where they shouldn’t be shame on u!! Retire!! Im not here for free my insurance is being billed and you are getting paid payed! How dare you speak to patients that way!! Have some respect and some class !

It's separated (usually) into 3 1-hour blocks. You can request for them to be spread out. However, to my understanding, if you can't tolerate 3 hours per day, you don't qualify to be here. Hope that helps ...
You need to call here first and arrange an appointment. Due to covid, there's no longer an open door policy for visitors.

Hi Larry, Please call 559-624-3700 to check availability. Thank you for your question.
Yes you can bring your kid to the rehab but the only thing you have to notify the nurses to the you going to bring somebody younger kid and they will make arrangements for you to see your family member.
I think you should start the admissions process again
Yes. However, some patients may have a limit of two people at a time during weekdays and weekends.
You can usually be there from 7:30 until the evening. However, keep in mind that all the patients staying at the rehab hospital will usually have possible therapy sessions anywhete from 7:00-4 so usually people are able to spend more time with the patients after 4.
