Our class began at 630 and was over by 930. It was a great social event. We lingered after each course, which may have increased the time. I definitely will do it again.
Thanks to Roger for beating us to the answer! Our classes run from 2.5 to 3 hours long, and as Roger noted, many guests love to linger between courses and after class!
