I love the Crate product but the customer service here seems a bit islow and disorganized, and not always as friendly as I expect from C&B. Maybe it was just a couple of off days or associates. But maybe online and shipping is my new friend.

Queueing outside North doors to control capacity ondoors w/ 6' spacing stickers placed in the queue space. Inside the doors, hand sanitizer and masks available if you dont have one upon entry.
