If I could give zero stars then I would have. In the pandemic 2020 I put a bedroom suit in the layaway. During this time my husband ended up with covid and my mother passed away. Bailey's never once called me to let me know that I still had this furniture there and to come get it. I only owed $800.00 dollars at the time. When I did think about it and call the furniture store, I was told hey we are having trouble getting our deliveries so wait to come pay it off. I have been fighting with this store every since and now they want me to pay an extra $1000.00 to get my furniture and they will not give me my money back. I've bought furniture from several different places in the metroplex and have never run into a problem. This is the only place. Do not shop here. They are liars and thieves.

When it comes to furniture Baileys is the only place Ive bought from in the last 10 years.Mainly because it’s family owned by a friend and I wanted to support him. He would always give me 20% off plus free delivery. The latest pieces were bought March 31. (Can’t remember if they honored the 20%)I knew furniture could take up to 3 wks to deliver.. April came and went, i went to check on it in May. Albert, who’s great at what he does, gave me the date of June 11. Said it would definitely be in. Well, today is June 22 and although it’s in I won’t be able to pick up Monday the 27th because he says they need to get it ready.. I literally stay on the same street about a mile down. Although, my children and I have been waiting 90 days for a sofa and loveseat.. and I was patient, they still said they wanted me to pay 120.00 for delivery. Now, I’m no genius, but I am a business owner. I feel like they could have met me at least halfway on the delivery.. they didn’t offer but I asked if they could go half. Alberts reply was No, because that’s how they pay drivers. Ok. I’ll pick it. No worries. He said I may be able to help you load but bring your own tie-downs. What!! I love that store but this is where it ends..Thst was the last piece of furniture I will ever buy. Mr. Bailey say’s he’d rather lose money than a customer. To bad they don’t go by that philosophy anymore. The 3 stars are for Albert. He just works there but he’s a good associate.

No, I dont recall any appliances when I purchased my furniture. They are classes Furniture store I ever shopped at and I've bought from many over the years. Check them out you never knew, they can get you things from other distributors. Love me some Baileys
