Did the Pasta Extravaganza class with Peter. Such a pleasure having him as a teacher. Quite a knowledgeable chef with well-rounded experience who was patient and thorough in his very cool teaching style. Master of his craft in the art of pasta making. There’s a reason behind everything, he’d remind us. Quick to notice when I needed help and that personalized help and the precision he possessed when showing me will help me when I make the dishes. The benefits of the class are really forever as you attain the skills to make new dishes to make for yourself or enrich memories with loved ones through food. Plus, you get the recipes! Bernadette was lovely too and a great help. It was a fun birthday gift and the class setting was intimate. Making the courses and eating them was special. The dessert better than what I’ve had in restaurants. It was a fun I’ve never had in Dallas. I almost can’t contain in words how soothing the experience was watching the intricacy and delicacy required to cook great pastas. It forces you to live in the moment. The class was even enough to make a friend who isn’t a cooking fan enjoy cooking for the first time. I’ll be coming back for more hands-on fun
