Doreen went out of her way to help me in printing my Mother's Funeral program. She thought that I needed it for the upcoming funeral, when in fact, I was printing programs for those who could not attend. Doreen left 2 emails regarding the fact that the programs were ready in haste. Also, being an understandably flustered and high management customer at this time in my life, I left my portfolio. Doreen "babysat" this for me and "didn't charge me rent." I am grateful for her professionalism and care. Yes, Office Depot is always the first place I go. But I received the same service from the Office Depot in Jackson, TN where I designed and printed the original programs. That professional employee, was equally wonderful. I also needed a speaker which they did not sell. A young man at the Jackson, TN Office Depot researched the matter and sent me to a competitor because I needed it for the funeral. Amazing. I now go only to Office Depot first. They know their stuff. THEY CARE.
