Your sales rep is supposed to call you. That's part of the customer service experience, and you can ding them on the Ford survey for it. Call them and ask. Also, when you go to pick them up, make THEM install them. It's not a big deal, but they're supposed to do it and will try to weasel out. The receptionist is HORRIBLE, so you might have to insist that she call someone to install them. Every time I've been up there, she's been more concerned with checking Facebook on her phone than acknowledging my existence
I've had to call up there even when purchasing new. Kind of a pain.
