See personal responsibility. There are currently no Texas COVID-19 restrictions but, if you wish to wear 3 or 4 masks, you will be able to - No one will stop you. They also don't check if you are vaccinated, you can if you wish.
If they gave you a flash drive when you bought your vehicle all of your documents are on there.

Your sales rep is supposed to call you. That's part of the customer service experience, and you can ding them on the Ford survey for it. Call them and ask. Also, when you go to pick them up, make THEM install them. It's not a big deal, but they're supposed to do it and will try to weasel out. The receptionist is HORRIBLE, so you might have to insist that she call someone to install them. Every time I've been up there, she's been more concerned with checking Facebook on her phone than acknowledging my existence
