Most unprofessional Manager, and hide behind the excuse that they were not trained thru PNC after the merger with BBVA and doesn't know how PNC operates business, blaming the company she works for is why she can't do her job, not good public relations, so happy I can go to any other location and not deal with the incompetent pople at this location

Everyone is very nice and helpful 9AM -5pm ,drive thru open, ATM also open. Because of Covid wear a mask and they have a screen shield for their protection.
