Are your staff usually unexceptionally rude when they answer the phones? Literally just called to ask a price about getting my dog neutered and since I didn't kow his exact weight the receptionist was very rude to me. Dont r recomme d this place t

The staff here are awesome! They're always super sweet and answer all my questions rudeness-free. For future reference, all of their prices and fees are available online.

They are always polite and helpful. These times there is extreme pressure on everyone. Be patient, easy going. I am sure COVID-19 has effected all people providing a service to the public. Just work through it.

My fur baby had surgery yesterday 😢. He was taken very good care ❤ of. The staff was very professional and kind. Explained the procedure before and after. I understood every thing. They are very busy.
