Con man. Tried to pull an insurance scam.

Screwed my prescription up twice. I emailed to clarify what to take and never heard back. Randomly changed another prescription from 3 300 pills to 2 450 pills so I had a panic attack when I thought I had taken 3 450s. Screwed up my lab orders 5 times so I wasted 5 trips, gas and time, to the lab only to find no order. I confronted him after the 4th time and he claimed to know nothing about it. But I emailed after each time. Kept me waiting literally for longer than the appointment was every time. 15 minute wait for a 10 minute appointment. Finally tricked me into using insecure email for medical advice. One star for a good sense of humor
