WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do not use this company. Been back and forth via email and phone calls wasting my time just to be past around and around and no one knows what to do. I have paid off my home owners insurance so Rushmore doesn't need to collect insurance on my behalf. They will not adjust the mortgage payment. They said they are keeping the money and at the end of the year they will send it back. WHY IS RUSHMORE COLLECTING INSURANCE PAYMENT WHEN THERE WILL BE NO PAYMENT DUE SINCE I ALREADY PAID IT UPFRONT!!!! I EMAIL THEM WITH NO RESPONSE! ALL I GET IS PASSED AROUND FROM PERSON TO PERSON WITH NO RESOLUTION. DON'T USE THEM!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 7 YEARS, NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND NEVER BEEN LATE BUT THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. REFINANCE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Request a mortgage loan payoff statement from a loan advisor, as well as a per diem (daily) amount extra to the payoff quote in case you aren’t able to close on the scheduled date of closing. They’ll send it to you via email or snail mail, depending on what you request. It can take a while with Rushmore, so plan ahead.
