I was hoping things would change from a few years ago only to be greatly disappointed. I needed to get my dog shots done over a month ago but they couldn't get me scheduled for a whole month so I ended up finding a vet that had the availability and paid twice as much it didn't seem too much of a bad thing since the last time my dog got shots they gave him the wrong shots and I was overcharged. I called and left them a message with all my information that I needed to cancel the appointment because I took him somewhere else. But Diane the manager seem to have a problem with that. First I receive a voicemail stating that they can't find my information for the appointment I made and therefore they could not cancel it. So I called them again and straightened it out. Then I received another message referring to my appointment that they couldn't find in the first place I called again to straighten it out. Then I received a message today stating that they were going to charge me $20 if I wasn't there at that appointment tomorrow. This time I left a long message explaining what I had been through and again I was not going to make that appointment. Instead of the manager Diane calling to apologize for the inefficiency that her office has or apologizing when stating they were going to charge me for not being at a canceled appointment from a month ago... Diana's first words to me when I said hello was you left us a rude message ( with a huge attitude)and when I explained again what had happened she continued to put me down and then told me never to use the facilities again.Wow!! I'm sorry Diane that you seem to think it is okay to talk down to people and scream at them on the phone when it's your inefficient office that left me another message stating you were going to charge my card $20 because you guys cannot get your stuff together. I knew better not to try them since the last time I was there and I had to deal with not only being overcharged which they never reimbursed me for but also giving my dog the wrong shot. I guess I lucked out by not going back to such a negligent place. There are plenty of other vaccine clinics to go to that won't put your loved one at risk and definitely won't put a muzzle that is soaked in another dog's vomit on your dog.

Yes, we currently have Free spaying for feral cats in many counties. See the advertisement on our website, Facebook, or on Google. If you have a question about your county give us a call at 530-889-8800. Our website is animalspayneuter.com. Please make a tentative appointment before trapping so we can save a spot for your kitties. Feral cats are untouchables not cats that can be easily handled.
On the website it says Female cats $40 and male cats $30. Kittens under 4 months & under 4# $10 less. There are grants for some counties so sometimes it is free. They also accept SAAC, Whisker Warriors, & Sammie's Friends Vouchers.

Animal Spay does not do ultrasounds and x-rays. They are basic vets. They are great for shots and general check ups.
Them have limited services but you can always call them and ask.
