On the website it says Female cats $40 and male cats $30. Kittens under 4 months & under 4# $10 less. There are grants for some counties so sometimes it is free. They also accept SAAC, Whisker Warriors, & Sammie's Friends Vouchers.

Seems to me it depends on the size/ age of the dog, but they're the most reasonable in the area. Cats are cheaper for kittens, adult males are cheaper than females. I haven't been there for a while, but I think female cats were $35. Also ask about any grants for free spaying. Animals need to be there by 8-9 and picked up around 4. Be sure to get an estimate of costs when dropping off if having shots done along with altering . CASH only, no bank cards.
Call them. They are very helpful. According go their Facebook placer county cats are free right now. But its usually extra for shots and getting a microchip. Those are optional tho!
