That's a fantastic question I'm sure that it will greatly depend on the urgency of the matter as well as the department you're looking for a manager in. I know from experience that if you're looking to CB2 a specific manager in a specific Department that manager maybe on vacation so sometimes it could take a few days.
Depends on the urgency and if the manager is tied up. Always remember that the managers work harder than the salesman. In addition to that they have to 'manage' several different departments within the dealership. They usually have several deals going on at one time. If it's real important just drive in. I've done that before. This is Rockwall Ford your talking about. I do have GOOD news though. I worked with a great salesman there by the name of Bruce. He helped me get into a 2016 Ford F150 two years ago. I went back to trade it in and the manager could not get the deal to work. Bruce was fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I did no give up. I drove 20 minutes East to the Ford dealership in Greenville and they made the deal happen. They are super eager to help. Even the Manager put hands on my deal. I'm driving around in a brand new 2018 F-150. It's awesome! Try the Ford in Greenville (SOUTHWEST AUTO MALL). Ask for Zack.
