Avoid Rockwall Ford Service: Took my truck in for standard service as well to investigate a squeal. Found out a rear axle bolt was broken (warranty item) and was told 2-3 days, but took almost 3 weeks for me to get it back. I sent several messages but no one responded so I finally called and sat on hold for over 30 mins only to find out they had lost my key and needed my spare. I took them my spare, and 4 days later my truck was finished. They not only lost my key but a monogramed key chain from my wife which still hasn't been replaced.

People back in the parts dept. Are nice and well mannered for the most part. Sometimes I think sales people can be a little cocky! ? Is can they back it up? Just joking kid rock referance. lol I deliver to the guys in parts they are just hard working people like most of us. Sorry you had a bad experienced one let a few bad apples ruin your perception of the whole place and take your business to another Ford dealer there is no shortage around Dallas.

The weekend is busy. Wed and Thur are the lightest for service. But my best day is any day I don't have to be here. Picking up my truck after buying it was a good day too.

Any shop that you take it too if it's damaged in their possession it is going to be their responsibility to cover damages legally. Though the type of coverage they have is going to determine how the repairs are done and if they're done to your satisfaction.
That's a fantastic question I'm sure that it will greatly depend on the urgency of the matter as well as the department you're looking for a manager in. I know from experience that if you're looking to CB2 a specific manager in a specific Department that manager maybe on vacation so sometimes it could take a few days.
