Your appointment for your daughter can be at any location, but you must have an appointment. Make sure to have All the requirements to apply. All paperwork must be originals. You can log back on to the scheduler click Exiting Appointment put your information in there and if your appointment Has Not passed it will bring up your appointment information. Walk-ins are welcomed but you may have to wait depending on the schedule that day.

If you show up they may or may not have an opening. They'll ask you to check with the kiosk 1st see whats showing for that day or very next day and time. If a spot opens up you'll have to take the ticket and just wait. My son and I ended up having to wait a couple of days. Appointments are always best.

We got learners permit and license in the mail in a week. U can get a same day appointment to find out your status if you stand in line at 6 or 6:3o before thee office opens.

You will more than likely have to do both. If you go there before they close they can answer your question a d if you need it done quickly then sho up approx 1.5 hours before they open to get a walk in time to get it taken care of. Hope this info helps and good luck.

Ur best bet is to get there like at 6:30 a.m and wait till they open up cuz they do walk ins from 7:30 a.m till 8 a.m

My cdl was expired since May because of the coronavirus. I was able to renew 2 weeks ago with no problems. Normally if a cdl expires they degrade it to a class c pretty fast. But I still have class A status.

Bring all paperwork that is required. When you get there they will ask you why you are there. Just let them know you need to get the star. They will get you fixed up.

They should be able to find your information if you go in. You'll likely need to bring 2 forms of ID, like birth certificate and social security card, and you'll need insurance for the license.

The first thing would be for you to go back to the dps and make it known to them if you have not done so yet. They should be able to advise on what you need to do.
