I had the fastest oil change at Norman Reeves today that I have ever had at any dealership. I’m usually at a dealership for hours. All of the staff was helpful and super friendly! Nino and another service member helped me out today and I will gladly be returning. There were some unhappy, rude customers in the waiting area that I was embarrassed to watch how they were behaving. It’s unfortunate how people can treat other humans! People need to have more respect for those in the service industry and realize that the world isn’t centered around them! Thank you Nino and Norman Reeves Subaru!

Had an appointment with Kat. Walking into the dealership is nice, the guy at the counter is nice and pleasant. Told him I had an appointment with Kat. He said that Kat was in the back on the phone. Asked me to wait in the waiting room. The waiting area is nice. After waiting 15 mins. The worst "Pre-Owned Director" walks over. Mr. Nino Parco, With out properly introducing himself. He starts acting like sanctimonious prig who siphons all the fun out of life. Honestly Idk what his problem is. He could've walked over and told me that he was engaging me on Kats behalf or something instead of being the way he is. I asked to deal with someone else. Instead of directing me to someone else he claims no one is above him and he is the ultimate power at this dealership. And I have to go through him. And I left...

Buyer beware! This dealership is unprofessional, incompetent, and a horrible example of Subaru service. They sold me a service agreement that is not accepted at any of my local dealerships. They were unresponsive for weeks, did not provide full answers, then didn’t cancel the products as requested in the cancelation notices they had me fill out. It has taken over 2 months to cancel these products and it is still not complete!

These guys are greeeeedyy!! Its called price gouging people! With hidden fees and add ones you don’t need, your looking at over 10k on top of msrp. Go to another dealership.
