I had a good experience with Dr. V and the nurses who took care of me. Agnes Kallen, CRNP went above and beyond in order for me to received the best care. Some of the front office staff are rude and improffessional, my first time there, one of the front staff called me with her finger. I was culturally chocked, If I called the office , either someone may answer and put you on hold for 3 hours or more and give you one option to hung up the phone.There are times, I want to change my oncologist, but because of the care exellent care that nurses gave me, I put up with the bad attitude of front desk staff.

My mother was referred to Dr. Venkatraman in May of 2022. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to her very needs in a timely fashion.. Crystal the office appointment scheduled was very kind , professional and took care of us in a timely manner. Last but not least, what can we say about Agnes Kallon, CRNP, she brought so much joy to my mother. There were times when my mother would cry not knowing what to expect. Agnes comfort and celebrated her for good health reports. Thank you Dr. V for your kindness and thoughtfulness shown by your staff. My heart is overjoyed with your staff.

There's nothing wrong with Dr. Wing's English. She was my oncologist fir two years and I never had a problem.understanding her. I had Medicaid at the time and was scared I would get suboar treatment because if it. Dr. Wong was compassionate and thorough. She and the nurses made sure I had compassionate, gentle care, despite my many other chronic illnesses which complicated things. Dr. Wong let me bring my mother to appointments and would patiently explain things until I got them. When choosing my treatment she treated me more like a colleague whise opinion she respected than a novice patient having cancer fir the first time. My odds were terrible. She saved my life. Her partner Dr V was also wonderful. She always remembered my difficult name and how to pronounce it. When I had to go to the ER & Dr Wong wasn't available, she had a great bedside manner, even over the phone, unlike some doctors who act like you're bothering them instead if politely requesting them to do their job. Years later after I have moved to another state, they still check in on me from time to time. You may have a two hour wait to see them sometimes, but you're not going to get better care in all of Prince Geirge's county Maryland. I have had care in five states, over 20 years. And since I went to see them I have not had better care since. These are the doctors to see for oncology or hematology.

Excellent service from Dr. V, Agnes and Peace, the PA's. I've been treated there there for over 4 years. They are always professional and friendly.
