I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for. I asked FOUR store associates for help finding items before one of them assisted me with one item. I told the 1st associate at the door exactly what I was looking for when I came in. (Common items, a black pencil skirt, a white chemise type tank and a blazer). Rather than taking me to the items, she gestured in the general direction, leaving me to wander around myself. I came in 1 hr 15 mins before the store was closing, knowing it would be enough time since I knew exacly what I needed. But it ended up taking much longer since no associates wanted to assist at all, I literally had to look through the whole misses/juniors/women's sections myself. 2nd person I asked for something and rather than check or help me look, she just said she had never seen or heard of it. This was the same person that checked me out. Third associate in juniors: I asked the young lady for the black pencil skirt and she literally said "I have no idea." And left it at that. 3rd helped me find one item: It was nice of her to help and I appreciate her time and dedication but I followed her around the store for 10 mins to find the item-because she didn't know where it was, so we had to search for it. I really needed the items for a trip I'm going on tomorrow. I ran to try on the clothes with 10 mins before closing and an associate came and said: "The store is closed now" in a rude tone and did not offer to help me find a size or help at all. I tried on the clothes as quickly as possible and had to switch some sizes, (not shopping, literally just grabbing different sizes on the way to the register) but they would not let me, pretty much just came and kicked me out. I said, "Is someone able to help me find other sizes, quickly?" (This is the first associate at the register that was not helpful in the beginning. And she literally just said "No." And I said, "Well I would have been out of here much quicker if any of the FOUR associates I asked for assistance had helped." She then said, "if you go now, you'll still be able to checkout." One of the items is on the way to the register and I just needed a different size. I asked the associate checking out (who was the second person I had interacted with earlier) if she or I could grab it. She would not go grab it (I could see the item) and she said I could not go get it). I again said, "I would have been out of your hair much quicker if any of the four people I asked for help had assisted. She did not offer any apology or say anything. I understand not wanting to stay late, or clients who keep shopping after close (I've worked many service industry jobs) but that was not the case here. Literally from the time I got there, no one wanted to assist and then they kicked me out super abruptly & very rudely. I'm frustrated because I needed the items to go on a trip tomorrow and it would have taken all of 5 minutes for them to help me on the way out. The time they took to be rude and tell me to get out, they could have grabbed the right sizes and then I would have been out of their hair. In the end, it was 8:17 when I walked out of the store (and that includes about 5-7 mins of them rechecking my items because the sensor was going off.) There literally was no reason for them to be so rude. I totally understand they want to go home, but what makes me super angry and upset is that I would have been out of the store 30 mins prior if any of the FOUR people were willing to help! I never write reviews this bad, but I've never been treated this poorly by so many people. Literally none of these people want to be there, or assist anyone. I would have never acted like that when I worked in CS. The only helpful person was the young man in Sephora that knew right away that he didn't have the product I needed and he saved both of our time. And also the associate that looked for 10 mins to help me find the skirt---kudos to her too. I know these kinds of reviews never make a difference or filter down, but this is the worst purchasing experience that I've EVER had.

Yes, you can bring your Amazon returns to this Kohl's location.
According to Google they are but who knows with all this going on.
Kohl's has a very generous return policy. If you buy an item with a gift card, you can return it with or without a receipt for store credit. It is better to have a receipt so that you get credited for the same amount you paid for it.
