I am extremely impressed with the Dr. Brinklow, as well as the medical staff here at this clinic. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a professional attitude yet a, for lack of a better word, care free feeling that is nice. The place looks newly renovated, very clean, small but not cramped. However, I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the staff and their general attitude and approach to patient care and medicine.

The staff has always been super friendly to my family and I. I had switched three times now and the Arlington CHC is my go-to with my primary. I like how the staff actually listened to me and took care of my needs and didn't make me feel stupid or my feelings weren't valid. 100% recommend.

I’m posting this review for others who are like me and concerned about the care you will receive from this dentist. I was very, very scared of judgement since I honestly had not been to the dentist since I was a teenager and knew I visibly had (what I thought was 1 but was actually 2) large cavities on my front teeth. Today was my first appointment and I can already tell you, this dental office is AMAZING!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly, VERY kind and helpful receptionists who try their best to explain any paperwork you have to fill out. Every time I’ve called, they picked up fast and are always very nice! The woman who called my name and showed me my room was also very kind and helpful! Answered all my questions and even reassured me during my x-rays when I was worried to show my teeth, that everything is okay. Seems silly to me now that I was worried to show my teeth because honestly, you have to. It’s a dental office. But she was so nice and understanding, explained everything she was doing during my x-rays and gave me sunglasses for the bright light used during the exam. It was top notch care!! The doctor was AWESOME!! She is so sweet and explains your care plan thoroughly so you know what’s going on and what the next steps will be. I never felt rushed at all and I didn’t have to wait for my appointment either. Overall, this was the most wonderful experience I have ever had at a dentist and incase someone is undecided or scared of judgement like I was and checking out reviews to see what the office is like, do it!! They’re wonderful, they really are!! Brutal honesty, I have a lot more than just the two cavities that I thought was the problem but I am so happy I came here!! They’re so understanding and helpful, you won’t regret it!!

Just had a general checkup, two blood draws and two vaccine shots. Everyone was fantastic, from check-in until we walked out. I feel like I was really listened to and treated like a person, not just a number like I've felt at other places. I was so relaxed while getting my shots and blood drawn my heart rate actually went down. Very happy with my visit and look forward to having them as my primary care and hopefully for my whole family too.
