I fell down in the middle of the store which is super unfortunate as I just had surgery I’m pretty disappointed in the professionalism of the women working there as they went in the corner to talk as I picked up my walking bike and pretended that it never happened. My mom was checking out with 3 pairs of shoes and I was wheeling over to her and the lip on the floor caused me to go over my handle bars on my walking bike and it’s not like they didn’t hear or see it I was in the middle of the store. I’m pretty disgusted in their call to action. There is not one sign in the floor that states to watch for lip or anything along the lines of such a warning.

Came here to shop for some shoes they accused me of putting shoes on when they've been following me the whole 10 minutes I've been in there shopping or trying to shop do I need to teach our employees better at what they do

Was in there for 10 minutes looking around and the lady at the cashiers desk was on the work phone talking about personal stuff the entire time. I specifically only go to famous footwear because I wear a size 15 and I know they can type it into their PDA and tell me what shoes they have in the warehouse for me. That didn’t happen so I walked out. I was there 4/6/22 at 11am if you care to correct the poor customer service.
