Great place!! I received an heirloom wrist watch and the team first instructed me how to care for it, then they were able to totally refurbish it to it's former glory! Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind, cared about teaching me the ins/outs of my watch, and treated me with first class care and respect. Customer for life! Thanks

I have a raccoon ring that means the world too me. It's a reminder of my pet meeka that passed away. The gentleman told me it would take 5 days at least because they were busy with valentines day. I explained I couldn't go that long without her and how much this ring means too me. He told me to come back at the end of February and that they could do it in a shorter time frame. I left and had just picked some jewelry up I dropped off and they had done a really great job cleaning them and I couldn't stand too see my raccoon ring not looking on par with my other rings shine. So I drove back and told him I'd wait but that to please take extra special care of her because it one if the most precious things too me in the world. Sad I'd have too wait 5 days I left knowing she was in good hands. I kid you not what was supposed to take 5 days was dine the next day. They really understood how much my ring meant too me and got her finished over night and looking beautiful again. It really made my day and made me feel blessed. I won't use anyone else and will suggest them from meow on!! SPECIAL THANK YOU TOO THEM
