I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. I just purchased a brand new vehicle and it had a dent in the door on the lot. I asked them if it would be repaired and they said yes. We had a service apt and my husband took the vehicle and when he got back i looked at the car and the dent is still there and noticeable. I’m assuming the dent was deep and they couldn’t fully pop it out. So I’ve tried to call the dealership to see what the next steps are to getting this dent repaired since it’s a brand new 2022 vehicle. No response. No phone call back. My salesman also told me when In process of buying my vehicle that the jeep was able to tow and had a tow hitch. Come to find out it does not. No tow hitch. I asked several times if it had towing and confirmed that I did not need to add the tow package and he stated yes. I didn’t think that I needed to go actually confirm these details that were being sold to me. Overall I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t be surprised if they never fully fix this dent in my brand new vehicle.
