I will start by saying that the team at The Branch law Firm is highly qualified. Mrs Branch is the only board certified, female lawyer, in Rockwall. Her paralegal, Caroline, is also board certified. Mrs. Branch has numerous awards and accolades from Texas Top 10 lawyers, to being a "Super Lawyer". That being said, I am not sure how she received those awards. My experience was nowhere near "super", and I did not see anything that would resemble a "top lawyer". If all you need are paralegal services, The Branch Law Firm would be a fine, an expensive, but fine firm to retain for those services. If you are needing an actual lawyer, you should probably look elsewhere. You will not hear from Betsy unless it is about billing, she will not be transparent with you, she will not represent you in what you want, only what she wants. Mrs. Branch lacks communication, lacks setting expectations, and lacks the ability to manage her clients. In our final moments of crunch time, she was unavailable for a week straight, because she clearly bites off more than she can chew. I expressed my concerns to the team and to Betsy numerous times. Not one time did Betsy get back to me regarding those concerns. In the end, I settled with the other party, editing my own modification and telling Mrs. Branch not to touch it because she would not do what I asked and kept making mistakes. In reality, I probably could have achieved the same outcome without retaining her services... I'd have a lot less headaches, and I would have saved THOUSANDS! I will never go back to this firm, and would NOT recommend The Branch Law Firm to anyone else.

This is the first time I've ever had to use a lawyer. Hopefully the last lol but these ladies were amazing and professional. Made the process smooth as butter for me. Thank you Branch Law Firm!

If I could give Elizabeth Branch a 0 I would!! She ruined my case and caused so many headaches. I now have to get another lawyer. All the money I gave her was a waist. Save your money and find a better lawyer in the area or be stuck like me paying an extra 3k on top of another lawyer.
