We bought a car from Honda 3 months ago,, that was a hassle. THE ONLY REASON I RATED 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT RATE NEGATIVE 5 STAR. Customer service in the service department is a total let down, makes you wish you didn't buy your car from them. My daughter scheduled an appointment to get somethings checked on , ot took a week for them to even look at the car, they gave us no communication on what was going with the car we had to call each time to get information on the car. Whoever Rusty is that answers the phone have no regards to people or on good customer service. He is not polite or patient. Honda you really need to put more effort in training your staff.

If you want an oil change don't go here unless you like handing out money. They also don't take maintenance contracts. The upsales are annoying and they sell broken cars as other reviewers have expressed.

DEALERSHIP: Had picked out car online at one price listed. Dealer upped the price $5000 excluding TT&L at store. Stated it was marketvalue fluctuations.

Tamara it is just about impossible for any franchise Dealer to sell cars under $1,000. We are ruled by many laws in the state of Texas that keeps us from that. Good luck in your search and thank you for reaching out to us.
