Yes it do matter. Because certain genders feel like they can argue with the customer because he is a man. I'm saying and I stand on it now that this thing about woman power and respect and all CDC those shenanigans has really turned rhe.customer service side of things up side down and that from first hand experience. So if it was a woman arguing with customer she just thought that she was not going to submit to the man no matter what because some woman think that men are messed up individual and what they say goes. But please note I'm not saying all women. But I've definitely notice a change in etiquette and levels of professionalism since this more woman in the work place and the well deserve equal pay and rights for the same work. Has compromise the integrity of service in the work place now a days
