Had a horrible experience with the Service department. They didn't care to tell me they didn't have parts for my pm. Made me wait 12 hrs and still didn't tell me and didn't have them. I had to ask several times and people for someone to finally tell me why the wait. So I ended up just getting the inspection that took about 20 min and got out of there.

I pay for reserved parking, and I still receive a knock on my door in the middle of the night. No bathrooms. I wouldn't have even bothered to give a review for this truck stop until that guy knocked on my truck.

The manager and an employee should never argue with a customer period. You need to report them to corporate

Showers are private. You get free showers after you put in so many gallons on your Ultra One card, or you can pay $14.
You do not have to be a trucker to have a shower. Cause they don't ask you if you are a trucker. They provide a very small room. That the door locks. And a mirror, a place to sit, two towels, a wash cloth. And very hot water. The first time I did this. It was wonderful. I NEED another shower now like really bad and don't have the money.
