Your question is difficult to answer without some qualifiers. Are you looking for 90/10, 85/15, 73/27, etc? Also, are you looking for premium cuts that have been ground or are you looking for the absolute lowest price? These and other factors will determine the price. With that said Winco from time to time offers hamburger meat as low as $0.58 per pound but you will not be getting ground chuck, brisket, sirloin, etc.
