Yes I had lived there for 5 years and couldn't wait to get out .If you absolutely need a place to live then this place will be tolerable for a year if you're patient. But over time everything gets worse. You'll have black mold near your windows that's solved with soap and water by the employees. Plus if you spend enough time there you'll have guests.Cockroaches and rats scurrying around your floor and behind the cabinets. All because just one of you next door neighbors on your block doesn't clean after themselves. Choose this place wisely.
No I just moved in a couple months ago and I like them. They are renovating all the apartments as they become available.
