This is a nice apartment complex, however the laundry facilities were my only negative because some people will use up majority of the machines and it always smelled horribly whether it was from the machines not being cleaned regularly or people left their clothes in the washers. And it was one laundry facility for one entire side of the complex. The staff in the leasing office were really nice and helpful especially when I first applied and had one parking issue with a neighbor. They handled everything with care. If I can make one suggestion, I would suggest they redo some of the doors because they were crooked and had allowed air seep through which made the apartment really cold on some days and bugs got in easily.

Everyone in the office are nice and very professional. Answered my multiple questions. There is someone who is always available to help which I noticed while looking for apartments is hard to find. I do not live here but had a great experience while looking.

Laurel Oaks Apartment complex has always been good and fair with us. If ever we have complaints, or need something fixed, they are on within the day or next day after.

Greeat staff and maintenance are always there if needed and all try to keep the whole complex well maintained I've lived here going on 10yrs I have great Neighbors and haven't had any problems at all.
