This is a great place with a great manager. The neighbors are friendly, the manager is very laid back, and will work in your benefit. No shady neighbors, or loud music late into the night. My only complaint is the color scheme and that it looks like a commie-block straight out of Soviet Russia, but that's neither here nor there.

no they only have laundry rooms and they require money. also only has a washer and a dryer per each building (so three rooms).
too much for outdated appliances, look else
