I will never order a major appliance from them again. I ordered a new dishwasher on 3/12/22. They never delivered a new dishwasher and it is now 6/2/22 and I'm still trying to get my refund. They stated I would have a refund in 7-9 business days and it's been well past that time frame. Customer service is passive aggressive or make promises of a refund only to not follow through. Even after calling well over 20 times and having a case number opened I still have no dishwasher or refund. Go to Lowes. I ordered from Lowes and my dishwasher was installed with 0 problems.

Was coming home from Costco when I had to make a Home Depot run, so I stopped by the one in Torrance. No one was there to help, ever isle I had to go down was closed. So I left and went to the one closer home. The San Pedro Home Depot was great! I found someone who could help me out, he was very knowledgeable and offered advice on how to complete my project. Ask for Manny!

Found most of our needed items there. S always, the associates there were informed, diligent, and most helpful in guiding me to the appropriate stock spaces. This local outlet of the Home Depot chain remains my first "go to" location.
