I moved in about a month ago and before i moved in i read the reviews and im glad i didnt listen to the bad ones because i love it here, everybody i pass is nice and helpful and let me tell u the staff is AMAZING!! From the office staff to the maintenance and janitorial. Its very clean and there is NO bugs, its quiet and they made my move so easy. I cant say enough about this place. Its Awesome!!! They gave me a top floor unit and i feel like i have the penthouse lol the view is awesome and i love amenities. Thank you Diane, Rachel, Donny and Joslynn and John Stewart Company for giving us a chance. U are all AMAZIng.

It's me and my wife's 2nd Home literally. I miss the Coyote's 🐺 though. I think animal and game rounded them up and re-homed them to another area. Lots of construction and we're having 4 new buildings being built across the street one I know will be for the State of CA not sure about the other 3🤔 I'm sure though they've been spoken for though already. Discovery Park right behind us, Nice trails for running, biking or just a nice walk. Which we love doing as often as possible.

About 6 months or so moves quickly
They expect all service and emotional support animals There is a weight restriction. Not sure what it is, I only have a poodle.
They are income based apartments, they provide section 8 housing as well as housing assistance, My girlfriend and her son currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is 940 a month so knock off probably around 200 off of that for a 1 bedroom. Although it could be less or more depending on income
Some years have passed and I think your good to Go forward in applying without mentioning.
You can get and fill out an application there at the apartment site. The main front door is where the office is.
No evictions or pass due utilities or cable bills
Probably not they have restrictions. But just to be sure inquiries advised. 😊
