I lived at The Pointe Townhomes for over 6 years and had a great experience there. I never really had any issues, except with the some of the property managers. In the 6 years I spent there, I saw more than 5 different managers. The current manager, Ellen, is amazing and she’s probably the reason I lasted there. She’s super helpful and really cares about the tenants. It’s a pretty quiet and calm place to live as well. Not too many college students and hardly any noise complaints either. Location is right by Arden mall and near several stores and restaurants; we loved the location. It’s less than 10min away from Sac State and the Sac City Transit Bus can give you a ride to Sac State if you’re a student. Alex from maintenance does an excellent job and is always super kind. I honestly would’ve stayed there longer if I hadn’t purchased my first home.

Amazing place, great management and always clean. Updated interiors, clean parking lots. I've been here over two years and never had any problems. Its the best price for what you get. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
