Update: The previous office manager has retired from this location and another one has replaced her. So far she’s maintained good relations with the tenants and got stricter with the parking lot safety by posting signs for children not to play in it and also signs to remind others to not park in the fire lanes. Furthermore, maintenance requests are still being respected in a timely manner. I have a lot of respect for staff here who continue to maintain a good reputation.

Nice gated community. Mostly quiet, except for school periods when the kids get rowdy. Not too overbearing though. Management of apts are always kept up plus front office takes it serious and get things done! I've been living here for over a year and lived in a two bdrm and now in a one bdrm, which I love. Location is great for dining and movies, shopping with the Arden Mall real close by. There can be hectic traffic during school hours for the most part you have to plan accordingly to miss it. All N All, my commute to work is better than my last apt down town. KUDOs to the management in the front office (Daria) who get's things done when it comes to the tenants needs!
