Like any apartment there are the goods and badsbut both the things I'm reading on people's complaints are things that the tenants have done when there is nowhere for people to rent because people have stolen their social security or whatnot or evictions this apartment has helped many people it's not always going to be the best people that live in these apartments and it takes a procedure to get them out there's a lot of things that have been falsely made up or accused and there are things that are right every time I needed anything fixed in this apartment right away it is fixed we can pick up this and that but you have to know your facts of what you're speaking on lots of things have to be fixed but it doesn't help when a bunch of kids are terrorizing it more or what not but I am grateful for this apartment very very grateful

I applied for a unit with a $200 deposit on 8/28. They declined me as a renter and haven’t refunded my $200 deposit yet. I have emailed and called. They have acknowledged they owe me my money back but 8 weeks later, still not refunded to me.
